Privacy Policy

Who we are
LeedIQ is a lead generation and direct mail service for licensed pool builders and contractors. We identify recently sold single-family homes in Florida that do not have a pool, compile that information into a lead list, and send branded postcards via USPS on behalf of our clients. Our contact address is info@leediq.com.
Information we collect from clients
When you sign up or contact us as a pool builder or contractor, we collect:
- Business information: company name, your name, phone number, and email address
- Billing information: processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers
- Service preferences: target markets, postcard quantities, mailing preferences
We use this information solely to operate your account, deliver the lead list and mailing service, and communicate with you about your subscription.
Public property records
The lead lists we provide are compiled from publicly available records maintained by Florida county property appraiser offices. These records — including property owner names, mailing addresses, sale prices, sale dates, and lot characteristics — are public record under Florida law (§119.07, F.S.) and are routinely used for commercial mailing purposes.
We do not obtain this data from data brokers, social media platforms, or any non-public source. Every piece of homeowner information in our lead lists is on file with a government property appraiser's office and accessible to anyone.
Direct mail to homeowners
On behalf of our clients, we send physical postcards via USPS First Class Mail to homeowners on the lead list. Physical direct mail to publicly listed addresses does not require prior consent under applicable U.S. law.
Homeowner opt-out: Any homeowner who does not wish to receive mail from LeedIQ-powered campaigns can contact us at info@leediq.com with their name and mailing address. We will suppress that address from all future mailings within 10 business days and maintain a permanent suppression list.
How we use client information
- To deliver lead lists and process postcard orders
- To send you account-related communications (invoices, service updates)
- To respond to your support requests
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Third-party service providers
We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate our service:
- Payment processing: handled by a PCI-compliant processor; we do not see or store your full card details
- Email communications: we use a transactional email service to send you invoices and account notices
- Print and mail fulfillment: postcards are printed and mailed by a licensed USPS-compliant mail house
These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their specific function and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
Data retention
We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription and for up to 12 months after cancellation, primarily for billing and dispute resolution purposes. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure credential management. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Your rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account data
- Opt out of any non-essential communications
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
